Follow up on quarterly reward-still not back yet

Just want to let CS know I still haven't gotten my quarterly reward back yet from a cancelled order.   I posted about this issue 6 days ago.   I know BCCS Les has been working to resolve this issue.   I have tried to check out items until the very last step but still no reward is showing up.    Thanks!

Edited to add: Never mind, I placed my phone order this morning & was able to apply both BMSM discount & quarterly reward to my order.   Sweeet!
