The day she was available, the system went down (as usual when they sell a platinum label doll) and I spent 30 long minutes in front of my computer waiting for the purchase. Once I had the chance, I bought the doll since I had the money and everything with my bank account and my credit card was 100% right/perfect. A few days later I noticed they didn't charge me anything, so I wrote an email to Mattel and they told me there was a problem with my credit card (and that's weird, 'cause I bought some dolls at eBay a couple of hours before POP was in stock and yet I had money enough to buy her)... The thing is I lost my doll and also my reward. And since I lost her, where are she now? And as for the reward, where is it if I didn't use it???? Honestly, I think this would be my last year as a BFC member.
