Guest Frost85 Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 First: I was trying to access my shop account summary to see my order status and what not, but have not be able to get into that area since yesterday morning. My browser keeps telling me it can't open cause of too many redirects. Is that an issue others are having as well? I'm just wondering if it's my end or the site. Second: I don't even know if this is possible but I was wondering if there was a way to change your account screen name without having to delete and start fresh? I just want to shorten it a bit. If I can't it's no biggie, just wanted to ask. Thank you. For what it's worth the new site is coming along really well. Every site has issues in the beginning people just need a little patience.

You can change your account name - you will need to pm BC LouE with three potential names. Please note that currently Lou cannot access or answer his pm's so it might be just a little while until he can handle this for you. Thank you for your kind comments on the site. We know we have more work to do and really appreciate everyone's support and patience! We want this to be the best site!
