If you can't fix this, then please refund the the amount I've paid for the membership. I have tried to contact anyone and everyone several times via e-mail, and phone, and the only response I received was by phone when I was assured this would be fixed. But it isn't, and I've already lost my first reward, I'm about to lose my second reward. Please someone help me?
