QUEENCELINE Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I emailed Customer service on Monday about the Dolly Forever Barbie that I recieved last Friday. Her Face Paint is messed up. They have yet to email me back. In my opinion, I shouldn't have to pay for a defective doll to be shipped back for an exchange. What should I do? It's difficult for me to call because my schedule is so crazy. Thanks

For defective items, you may return the item and request that BC reimburse you for standard shipping fees (this does not include expedited shipping services) by including a copy of the receipt for shipping costs with your request in the set you are shipping back.
