Guest KSWTEACH1572400546 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Okay...you had a site outage today and changed things...problem is, you cannot go around in the forums right now! Ever since the new site launched months ago, it is impossible to go back to the main list of forums using the back arrow. I got used to being able to click onto "bulletin boards" at the top and getting back that way. Only now, you've gotten rid of that!!!!!! If you try to go back with the back arrow, you STILL get the "Oops" page. So...that wasn't fixed today. Meantime, how are we to get to the forums? I have to go back to my bookmark in AOL and start all over. Private messages still don't work either. I had to give up accessing my friend's messages when the first change over started. Never could get it to let me reply. Today, I got a second message. Saw it come up once on site...never could get that page to open again!!!! When something isn't broken, why must we keep on "fixing" it? I don't get emails yet either and I know I've figured out more than once how to check the box and update my email address. For someone who is totally not a techy, this site is really getting frustrating. I don't visit it daily like I used to with the previous site. Anyway...bring back the "bulletin board" link up top near our "Welcome, ___________" area in the upper right. This is just not convenient, user friendly, or anything good. :o(
Guest TOYBOX1572402193 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Dear Kimberlee, We're very sorry you're having so much trouble with the site. Due to site updates there was a short outage and this affected the Shop with XXX's showing up instead of images. BC LouE was alerted as to this disruption. Regarding your request to have the "Bulletin Board" at the top, it is available as a link above, next to the BFC just one option away from Hello (insert member name). Options are as follows: Hello, (Insert Member Name) BFC Bulletin Board Sign In/Sign Out Shopping Bag
