I had ordered the JA candles with a few dolls and believe the weight of the candles during shipping damaged a lot of my dolls. I have been working with Jen and she has been wonderful! I was able to send the dolls back and get replacements and everything has gone smooth. It is people like this that make me believe they truly care about their product and the customer. Could someone please make sure she sees this post? Thank you!
