chip Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Recently I began purchasing dolls that are not in the box, so I could enjoy them. Unfortunately I dropped my new Tweed Indeed doll. She landed on her head on the carpet but the neck knob broke. I have removed the broken pieces thinking I would be able to order a new neck knob. I have not been able to find someone who knows how to get one. I do not wish to purchase a new doll. How do I get just a neck knob?

chip Posted December 19, 2011 Author Posted December 19, 2011 I didn't really feel this was a complaint, but since it is being categorized this way................... I am not happy that last week a customer service rep told me I could get one from them and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one contacted me, so I called again the rep tonight told me they did not have them and directed me to Mattel. Mattel rep told me that there were no parts listed for the Tweed Indeed doll. So, now, it is a complaint. I really hope someone here can help me. I don't think I should have to purchase a new doll.

I have been there, git the same story, then finally was contacted (via PMs) by the correct CS rep.. keep the faith!
Guest BUSTERBLUESUN Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 i have called before and i just ask customer service for neck knobs, they usually send a couple by mail. i wish they would sell them by the dozen, some break very easily when removing the head.
