First of all, I did want to say that I appreciate the Dream Sale and I do take advantage of them every year, most of the time, more than once. Here are a few issues that I see though: 1) I was in such a rush the night the sale started that I was throwing the items in the cart that I wanted from the main page of the store (I did not click on the individual items). One of the items purchased was the bucket hat. I was in such a rush, I did not think to click on the actual item page to add it to my cart as I wanted to get my order in ASAP. At the end of my order, I kept getting a message that everything on my list was sold out. This was between a half hour to 2 hours after the sale. I got really frustrated and tried everything I knew to fix the problem. I finally clicked each individual item and added it to my cart and realized I was not selecting a size for the hat. I did not put a lot of things in my cart and when I finally got to the check out page it allowed me to place the order. Needless to say, the things I had in my cart that night were all sold out the next day. Perhaps there is something you can do to put that in the message when you try to place the order on size items to say "select a size" instead of saying all items are "sold out". Oh, and the bucket hat was not taking the 25% off that night either so I was overcharged. 2) I wanted to add my comments about the packing peanuts. I don't HATE them, but wish you would wrap the dolls or items firmly in tissue paper to prevent the crumbs from falling inside the boxes. I am a NRFBer and it drives me nuts to see my dolls covered in "snow" inside their boxes. 3) This is the 2nd sale that I have ordered multiple items on the same order to have shipped together. Although they do put the peanuts in the box, there is not much to protect the actual boxes of the items themselves. The first order I had a problem was when the Jonathan Adler candles were on sale. I ordered a bunch of them and they threw them in the box with dolls and they bumped around and ruined a few of the boxes from the impacts during shipping. That was resolved. However, this sale, I saw the same problem. They just throw a lot of things in the same box and they rattle around and bump into each other and hence get ruined. I ordered the Mackie Circus and did not realize it was so heavy! My poor CL Shoe pack has a few dents and dings in the side probably from other things bumping into them during shipment. I also searched for the Basics sketch in the massive box and it was not there. 4) And then there is the issue of the shipping. I know I will get my dolls someday. The problem is, it has been about a week and a half and it is still showing in progress. It was charged in my account, but when I checked my account, I noticed that the authorization has finally fallen off and it still says "in progress". I know you are backed up, but it is not like it is the first sale either. It would just be nice to get a little info about when it will be shipped. I don't want to sound grumpy, and I hope I don't. I am appreciative of the sale ans I usually get really good deals on things I normally would not buy. I realize that there are going to be bumps in the road during these sales as there usually are. There are a few issues however that have been brought up a lot and need to be addressed though. I hope that these comments and those left by others are helpful and will be taken seriously.
