I could not add to cart and I am really unhappy about this. I am starting to think the there is no hope during the platinum sale. If this is how the site is acting with this sale imagine a platinum of better sale. I am just really unhappy with the fact that I was finally going to order several high priced dolls at once and I could not. It is a real let down knowing that the site is not what it was before.

There was a high volume in the Shop all day because of the sale, which can at times cause a slowdown or glitches. There are also differences in personal computers used, some faster and some slower. This happens to other sites as well, not just the BC site, during high-volume times. I ordered early in the morning and then again mid-evening and my orders went through quickly without issue. We suggest that if anyone is having issues with on-line ordering, please call Customer Service and they will be happy to place your order! Thanks again!
