Orders and rewards for two accounts mixed up

I see that Kioyoko has posted about what seems to be the same problem.

 

I have a Barbie Fan Club account which I had renewed. On the day memberships were open to new people, my sister wanted to buy one, but was at work. Therefore, I logged in with her username and password, and purchased a membership for her but charged it to my credit card since I didn't have her number.

 

On March 29 I went to make a purchase to use my shop reward. I was actually given $40 off my purchase. I called my sister who said she had tried to order something, but no reward showed up for her. Apparently, I received both my reward and hers. I had already received a confirmation on my order. I told her I would try to do her order. I logged in with her info and placed an order and no reward showed up. I told her I would just give her the $20 since I got both rewards. Now I see that although my order was placed with my name and address to bill and ship to, that both orders now show her address for billing and shipping. Luckily we live in the same city so it's not a big deal if my order goes to her house.

 

I don't see how your system could possibly have this so confused. Anyway, how do we fix it so that in the future orders go to the right address and rewards show up in both accounts? Confused
