Problems in general (memberships, international card, emails)

I think it is about time certain problems get fixed.

 

I have a few international friends which almost every single time they tried to order something from BC, their international cards are not accepted. Every single time, the same answer, we are working on it and it is "fixed" An international buddy if it was not because one of her US friends had the idea of buying her dolls during the Dream sale, she must had lost them. This problem with international cards MUST get fixed because what about when platinums are involved? If you don't ship international at least you should accept international credit cards so their shipping buddies can help them with the mailing.

 

Emails?! How many times people have to complain about not getting emails?!

 

I renewed my membership but I had many problems too, every single new page I tried to go there was an error.

 

Either you have a virus in the system or something else but these problems have to get fixed.
