Just got 3 Daryas - all with dark arcs on their cheeks from the dangle earrings swinging and rubbing - anyone else?

I don't know what to do - if i send them back and get replacements, I suspect the same thing will happen because the box movement while shipping is what makes the earrings rub back and forth on the sides of her head, so the replacements could be just as bad. (Of the ones I have, two have one cheek that's really bad, the other not so much, the third has not so bad on both.

 

Is there anything that will safely remove the mark without marring the finish of the face vinyl? Or should I send them back and hope for the best, while there's still time to get a replacement before she sells out.

 

I can't believe this is a freak occurrence, not if it happened to all the dolls.

geryjo, we're sorry you are having issues with your Daryas.  If you received them from the BC Shop, you may return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange. 

 

I haven't seen any other reports on the boards talking about dark arcs on these dolls so hopefully it's an isolated incident.
