Email Notification Was Fixed... Now it's Not Playing Nice (Again)!

Good morning. I am having the same issue again where I am not receiving email notifications for the topics I've subscribed to. I am finding that will most of the sites I visit these days, they have issues with either IE or FireFox; so I have been switching back and forth using both. I do hope THAT is not the issue which is causing the notification to work and then not work. I would appreciate it if the technicians could please look at this again. Thank you.

can you send me a PM and let me know what browser versions you're using and what OS (Mac or PC, what version, etc.)? We've got the tech teams investigating, but are having trouble identifying the issue at this point.
