LLEVINE Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I have spoken with Account Security twice to follow-up on two credits. One from when I was overcharged for the It's A Girl doll and one for the return shipping from a damaged shipment. I was told that they can see the credits listed but for some internal reason they are not going through. They left me a message last Tuesday saying they were researching it again and would be in contact the next day. I received no return call and no credits. Can anyone help with finding out when my credits will be posted to my account? I have waited over a month at this point. Thank you! I also sent a message to our tech team requesting a status. I will keep an eye on this for you and I hope to hear back soon.
