KATHIEC Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 While I still have questions about how the errant address slipped back into my account, I'm pleased to say that my Dream Sale order finally arrived at my house today. A huge thank you to all the people I dealt with in Customer Service. You fulfilled the CS prime objective -- when stuff happens, you do what you gotta do to make it right. Not only did you make it right, but every single person I dealt with was unflaggingly patient and kind. Two thumbs up!
