Setting to receive emails is being changed,and not by me.

I have already posted previously that I am no longer receiving emails.I have checked the setting which was always supposed to show that I would like to receive emails and it's again showing that I don't want to receive them.This isn't the first time this has happened.Have once again ticked the box that says 'yes, I want to receive email updates' so can someone please tell me what is going on.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience!  We've found the system is resetting that selection in several cases.  Tech is looking into it.  In the meantime, please check the setting on a regular basis!  Thanks for your patience!
