i am still not getting emails i have reported this about 4 times how long does it take to fix it the old way i had no problem

The last round of "not receiving emails" was processed, but they won't be active until after the next code push on the first of the year. In the meantime, no more emails will be going out until after the first of the year, either, so you won't be missing out on any special promos.
