Guest ramdog1572397505 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I need some help. I am not receiving any emails even though i went to my account and made sure i was signed up to receive them. Plus now i didn't receive a shipment confirmation email for my Mackie Stargazer being shipped.
SHEREEM Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 The emails for shipment confirmations come from your Shop Account, which is separate fron the promotional emails sent for the BC/BFC. A CS rep can check your email status for promotional emails if you have your correct box checked. You can add your email for order updates by logging into your Shop Account.
