Guest NIQUE11572383197 Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I just received four new dolls today : Pink P, Grace Rear W and 2 new B Basics. the shipping box was perfect, the shipping peanuts inside the box were whole, but there was all this white confetti type peanut stuff all stuck to the dolls boxes and inside the doll boxes in the dolls hair and stuck to the clothes and stuff. It is a horrid sight. I am so deeply disappointed, I have to send the whole thing back. Has anyone else received their dolls in this condition?

Guest NIQUE11572383197 Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I read down in "Members complaints" just a few minutes ago, and It seems that this is not a new problem. It's just a first for me so it seemed New :( to me . Thanks for chiming in on this for me, I'll look at it from less "bummed out" perspective :)
Guest dianaross1572397502 Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 oh you welome and welcome to wonderful world of barbie- I have gotten shipments before were the box had been opened or crushed it useally no mattels doiing buy the monkeys (pun) trowing the boxes in the trucks!
Guest killerfoxx1572374478 Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I am a NRFBer for vinyls not silkstones, I would rather have packing peanuts than that awful paper towel that TRU sends their dolls in, usually on plastic cases if there is an opening somewhere you use shop vac to take out any buts of fluff if there is an opening in corners, I dont have those dolls so I dont know, I know Jazz baby set had little opening in the side and I used the shop vac to suck up the confetti, and havent had issues since. if the boxes are dented or creased its not really that bad and can be fixed to me not worth the effort of shipping back generally I know when I got Cleopatra the box was creased because they used an inflatable type of packaging, with the awful paper towel, peanuts are generally ok, sorry your package arrived in a way that is unsatisfactory to you, but peanuts seem to get attracted to static,. Check and see if there is an opening the peanuts snuck in by on the box, the doll itself will still be NRFB, and the shop vac has always worked for me. Hope it helps!
