I am a platinum member, I am not getting updates on newest Barbies! Thats what I PAID the platinum membership for! I used to really enjoy collecting Barbie, not so much anymore! It seems that I am only getting a run around everytime I call or post on here. Please get it together or your going to lose members!

Have you spoken with our Consumer Services team by phone to be sure that all of your account information is up-to-date? It further IT assistance is needed they will be able to set that up for you.
