buying membership was a mistake

Ever since I signed up and paid for platinum membership I've had nothing but problems with this site!  Every time I click on My Account a message fills the page that "the store cannot process my request, if the problem persists contact the site admininstrator".The same thing happens when I try to sign in again.It doesn't seem to matter what device or browser I use. it's always the same. Using the customer support link has done no good (no response). And, to top it off, the product I've been trying to order for two weeks may be sold out. Who knows? It doesn't say sold out. Sometimes there's an Add To Cart button but it's greyed out; usually it just offers "other ways to buy". 

If there was anywhere to buy these products within 200 miles I'd rather go there than deal with the frustration this has caused me for the past two weeks.  I try not to post negative things on line but this has been a very disappointing experience so far.
