This happens to be one of the main reasons I maintain my membership but yet we have been told for months how long of a process it is! Really? Do you have one person there at Mattel working on data entry? Sorry to come across as nasty but this situation is really starting to irk me! Please get this website in order Matel!
SHEREEM Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Hi rebnic, they continue to work on the thousands of dolls being added to the Showcase. It does take a long time to individually code these dolls for the new site, which has been operational now for just over 7 months. While they continue with the migration, we'd love you to add another reason to maintain your membership by joining the discussion in the forums. Thanks for your patience!
