Packing peanuts

I asked one of the Mattel Customer service moderators to put a note in my account not to use packing peanuts in future orders from BC and they kindly did but unfortunately the shipping department is ignoring the request not to use them and my packages are still being packed with the peanuts.  I would prefer some other material to be used for packing as I do not like the residue of the peanuts getting in to the doll boxes and creating a huge mess.
