However, since when does 2 day expedited shipping mean 5 days? I mean, even excepting the Thanksgiving holiday, and Sunday, I still am waiting 3 days for my order. I paid $20 extra, thinking I would get my doll today (Saturday, since I know FedEX delivers every day), and according to my order status, I will not get my doll until Monday. And, I have received shipments from FedEX on Sundays recently, so I know that is not out of the ordinary. Thanks for your time.

Please take into account that expedited shipping services may have been interrupted due to the Thansgiving holiday with both the carrier and the distribution/fulfillment center. Two day shipping occurs after the order is fulfilled, not after an order is placed. Once an order is fulfilled it is expedited; that accounts for the order to be received, fulfilled (picked, packed), and shipped.
