Guest CFULTZ Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Is Mattel having an issue with filling orders? I placed an order for a doll case in March and was told it would be shipped in June. Today I get a letter from Mattel saying it will be shipped in September. What is going on? My membership was on back order, my dress form was on backorder which I just received it on Friday. I don't understand what's going on. Every time I order something I get a letter saying its on backorder. It's pretty sad the same day something comes out its on back order already. Totally not happy right now
