My mom and I both belong to the BFC. We have the same name and address but different emails, credit cards, and BFC IDs. Hers is pipsgrandma. Today we both received our membership packets. One had the membership card and keychain, as well as a folder, letter and catalogue. The other (which was taped shut, not sticky-sealed like the first one) just had the folder, letter and catalogue. The card we received has member since 2005. We both think she joined right before the 2006 convention so we assume this one is mine and it is her card and keychain that are missing. We would appreciate someone looking into this ASAP. Thanks. Margie

DLV98 Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 Ummm, did you call BC? I think you would get faster/better results. On a sidenote: I hope my card has my name on it! They always did. And my number, correct member number. I know my exact sign up date and my BFC number.
SHEREEM Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 There should be a membership card for each member, which will have your name on it (not your 'member name' but your 'billing' name), the year joined and the membership number.

You did pay for a membership and the item was supposed to be included. It wasn't just a free gift. I would call back and ask to speak with a supervisor.
