Guest vudoo1979 Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Ok...On Friday Feb 23rd I placed a phone order-because I changed my mind on Hollywood Bound-I ordered her and Ingenuie-I checked a day or so later and on Sunday I checked my order and it was going to the wrong address-I called and spoke to someone for thirty minutes-she got the correct address-My dolls were to arrive on March 5, 2007-They were delivered to the wrong address and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for the Tracking Department to call me and then they will ship me out new dolls. Why should I have to wait this long to talk to someone? Thanks
