Who do I contact when my order shows "delivered" but did not arrive?

Hello Mschulz,

Please PM me with your order number and I can look into it for you.  One note, if it went via smartpost and shows delivered today, it is possible that it will be delivered the next day.  There are times when the local Post Office will complete their scan early.
