Already, there's a listing for the Happy Holiday Barbie on ebay.  She's listed as a pre-sale today, October 8th, a day before her release date.  The ebay item # is 251353447673.  I hope someone in your legal dept. can look into this as this member is clearly breaking the Barbie Fan Club rules.  Thank you.
