This is the response I got from you on how to do so. Problem is I don't know how to send you a message through the inbox. "We apologize for your previous customer service experience. Please inbox us your name and a phone number. We would be happy to have a member of the Online Shop team reach out by phont to set up a return. We look forward to hearing from you!" Please advise.
SHEREEM Posted August 15, 2018 Posted August 15, 2018 On the top right of every forum page (just above the bright pink bar), you should see 'Inbox', click on that and it will take you to another page. Look for the COMPOSE blue button and click on that to type and then send your message. Hope this helps!
