Guest VickiMcKie Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 I placed my last order with the Collection Club in July 2016 and it was received in early August 2016. I have had no communication from the club since then. As I was looking around on the website, I noticed that next to the place to request a catalog, is also a place to request to receive email notifications of new dolls, sales, events, etc within the club. As I am paid up for the year from late January to late January 2017, I assumed that was all still part of being a member of the club. Has that changed? I can't find any posting about it changing on the message boards, but I also can't understand why I have not received any other notifications from the club since July. Do we still have the quarterly $20 credits that we got in the 2016/17 membership? I believe I only used two of my credits. I assume that I lost my 3rd quarter credit because that deadline has passed. Is it still possible to use my 4th quarter credit, or have I also lost that? If the club has discontinued the benefits we got with the 2016/17 membership, why wasn't I notified of that? I'm very confused as to what is going on with this club. Can you point me to posts that explain it? Thank you, Vicki

We have not rec'd notification about the 2017 Club yet, but when we do you should receive an email to the address you used when you signed up for the Club and that information will be posted to the BFC Bulletin Board as well.
