This time I ask that you reread where I asked that it be taken to someone that can actually answer my questions and concerns about how the Membership agreement is not being followed and I want to know why and when it will be corrected!!! I do not want another answer telling me to " reach out to one of your team members at the customer service number . They did not design the Membership agreement , nor are they the ones that are violating it. I had already contacted them several times regarding this issue and the consensus was they had no idea why the Membership agreement wasn't being followed , and agreed with me that it says no where that Platinum members get 1st access to some new dolls and merchandise such as the dream house . So again , DO NOT DIRECT me to contact them , because they don't have an answer !!! I want to be contacted by someone that knows why Mattel is not honoring the agreement that I paid for ,,and that states Gold Status gets early access. That bennefit is first given to Gold members in the agreement ,,,,then states the three additional perks Platinum members shall receive ." EARLIER " ACCESS THAN GOLD IS NOT ONE OF THE THEM !!!! I want to be contacted via my private email or phone by someone that has taken the time to actually speak to whoever up the ladder has decided they can change the bennefits after the Membership contract has been signed . I am discusted to see this happening again and again ,,, and it was never stated that Gold members would get whatever "leftovers" there might be after all Platinum members get first dibs !! ORIGINAL POST THAT WAS CLOSED TELLING ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE I would like this question forwarded to someone who can answer questions and concerns about the Membership agreement . I purchased the Gold Membership which stated I would get Early Access to dolls and merchandise ,yet every time there is a new release , it seems Platinum members only get Early Access. That is not what the contract says , and I would like someone to go to the top and ask why Gold members are not getting one of the perks we paid for . Nowhere does it say Platinum members only get " earlier access". .....In fact , the contract states Platinum members will receive all bennefits that a Gold Member receives and IN ADDITION they will receive free shipping , free gift , and a 30.00 reward per quarter instead of 20.00. The contract clearly states everything equally with exception of the three additional perks mentioned above. I find this to be a disturbing way to get people to make a 100.00 purchase just to use their reward , which is why I didn't choose it to begin with .Whomever is releasing dolls has decided to not honor what the contract clearly states will be a benefit to both Gold and Platinum members . There is no difference in the verbage used in the contract.,, and it needs to be rectified going forward when dolls or other barbie merchandise is released. I have nothing against Platinum members as it is not your fault . This is not just my opinion ,, this is what is stated in the contract . Early Access for both memberships.

Yes, Platinum and Gold Members will recieve early access to special merchandise and sales. However, you'll need to be signed up with a membership before that sale begins to receive these benifits.
