i placed an order on the 1st day of the sale and today when I tried to see if it had shipped yet; NOTHING was showing up!!!  Is there something wrong online and causeing it not to show, or has it caused my order to cancel?  I REALLY wanted the items I ordered so if it has canceled can it be pulled back up? or if not can I reorder the things that are still in stock and get the coupons back?  I have been a barbie collector for over 30 years and have always praised mattel plus my husband collects hotwheels and between the 2 of us we have spent thousands on mattel products!!  The past few years  though have been getting worse and worse and taking the magic out of barbie!!  It really started getting bad after the recall where I sent my sikstone dolls back to be replaced. One of the dolls had some little black specks on her face, one of the others had a hole in the dress along the seam which I was able to fix, there was one of them missing some jewelry; but the worst was my siren doll got lost!!!! so I never got it returned!!!  Also 2 of the last special sales of the platnium dolls really sucked as the webste had problems and either I could not get it to go to my cart  or got it in my cart and checked out only to have it vanish like it seems to be doing this again with my dream sale order!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE let me know what is going or what options I have to fix this!!!!! Sincerely, Ginger(ginbug) a loyal customer
