Guest LEMPACRE@AOL.COM Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 I had this problem last year and thought it was finally fixed when I renewed my membership but...When I add things to my shopping cart and try to check out,it either sends me back to sign in again or when I sign in, it tells me that my name/password are invalid. Back when I renewed, Barbiezania and Frankie (I think) fixed it by linking something as it didn't make me enter all my shipping information again as it has in the past. Also, is the $1 shipping still good? If so, for how long? And were we supposed to get a new membership card with a renewal? I never received one (assumed since the number was the same, we didn't) but from another post I got the idea I should have received one. Thanks! Margie

I'm concerned that you did not receive your membership card and that the system does not recognize your membership. Please contact our Customer Service group at 1-800-491-7514. They can look up your order and determine what the problem might be. Frankie
