Guest madelynvaldes Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 I WENT TO CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT TO SEE IF I WAS BEING CHARGED EXTRA, LIKE ANOTHER MEMBER WAS AND SURE ENOUGH THERE IT WAS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT PLAIN AS DAY. AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF SOMEONE CHANGED MY ORDER TO MY OLD ADDRESS. BFC CUSTOMER SERVICE: YOU ARE DOING TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The issue has been addressed and any orders that were charged will be credited. Your change address issue has been forwarded on to our customer service team to look into. thanks.
