DMVILLANO Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I got Fab Girl Thur. I could find no note in box. I and my husband went through the catolog page by page, no note. We dump the packing all over the floor and searched. I took the box apart. I called customer service Friday and was told they would get back to me. When I had not heard from them Tues. I called back and was told they were looking into it. I still have not gotten a response. My order was time stamped 5 min. into the promotion. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of comunication bothers me. I don't understand what is so difficult either they can send out a note or I could return the doll. Donna
