Guest sienasandiego@yahoo.com Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I ordered Luciana last Sept. 30 and was so excited to get her, then package arrived today and when I opened it, it was a wrong doll, they sent me Dulcissima instead of Luciana. I was so disappointed, I already called the customer service and they say they will send the replacement in 7 to 9 days, and also will send the return slip for the wrong doll so I can return it after I receive the correct one. Its very inconvenient for me since I need to wait again for few days and have to go out and ship back the wrong one.
