Guest melle Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Hi, this is my first year in the BFC and I'm trying to make purchase using the 1st quarter reward (I'm in CA, so it's about 8pm here). But the rewards aren't showing up in my cart. I've logged in and out several times, no joy. What should I do -- go ahead and make my purchase and hope someone will fix afterward? I'm new to this so just unsure how helpful BC folks are... thanks! Melle

Unfortunately, the last day of the quarter fell on a holiday so Customer Service was unavailable. Please call or email them today to discuss your missing reward or a CS representative will see your post here and respond to you via pm.
