TAMMY06 Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 I have never received the 1st email since joining the BFC so have not know about any sales nor free shipping. Have called and even given reps my password information and have done all I was told to do and still nothing to date including not being able to respond to private messages. I did have to download Google Chrome and I have been able to respond to PM'S but nothing else has changed. Internet Explorer for some reason is not working with the BFC.

Also check the email address you input to ensure it is correct. Then review your spam filter settings to your personal email account. Add Matty to your address book so that emails from Mattel are not filtered into your spam folder. To ensure you get all your e-mail from BarbieCollector.com, please add news@email.barbiecollector.com to your address book. Update software for Adobe Flash player plugins and Silverlight on your CPU, this will ensure that you can view the site and use features such as PMs. A BCCS representative may contact you directly.
