Not a big complaint, but the free shipping was not working on my order for RORG

The free shipping was supposed to cost me 15.00$, for canadian shipping, but I paid the regular 23.95$.

 

Can someone can help me please?

Hi Marie-Valerie, if you purchased only RORG and used your quarterly reward, your total would be $65 and the free/discounted shipping does not apply (must be more than $75 for the order).  If this is not the case, a CS rep will contact you soon.

We did check your order and shereem explained it correctly.  Because your reward was applied, the product total was under $75.00.  This is why the Free Shipping promotion was not applied.
