I have a complaint about Cali Girl, Please Read!

I just got both the Teresa and Barbie Cali Girl dolls and I am very upset. When I opened them I could not believe how hard it was to get them off the cardboard. Why do you have to have the plastic ties and string in their hair, it makes it hard to get them out of the scalp without pulling out hair and ripping the scalp. These dolls don't cost that much and I have bought others for the same price and they don't have the head doubled tied to the box.

 

I just wanted to know if this is how all the new dolls will be, if so why did you make it so hard that a child wouldn't be able to un box their own doll.
