Important Question on Box Design for Barbie Collector

I like the concept of the new Collector box design, but doesn't it PREVENT A BUYER FROM SEEING THE ACTUAL DOLL BEFORE PURCHASING IT due to the lid that must be removed? Or will they be displayed like the 2003 Birthday Wishes where you can see the doll first? As an NRFB collector, when I am shopping at a retail store (as opposed to online), as many of my fellow collectors would agree, I carefully search through the inventory to select the best appearing doll in the best condition. I am even willing to pay more for that opportunity (i.e. from FAO) instead of blindly taking a chance, when i shop online or from ebay, that I will receive the quality and appearance I want. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE? My apologies if this has already been asked or if this is not in the right forum. thanks.
