BCBATCH Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 I have been trying all evening to place an order and can't get the order to complete. I've tried multiple times and even tried different browsers. After I click to submit the order, it never completes and gives me a confirmation. I get a blank page with url shop.barbiecollector.com/pls/bc/summary_interface.process_ordersummary. Nothing ever loads beyond showing this url at the top of the page. I'm using a MacBook Air running 10.9. Barbara
Guest TOYBOX1572402193 Posted November 19, 2013 Posted November 19, 2013 Hi Barbara, I encountered this same issue when I tried to place an order this morning. While I'm unsure why, I was able to refresh the page. Once the page refreshed, I noted that I had been automatically logged out of my Shoup account and BC account. I logged back in, added the 3 items back into my cart and proceeded to check out. I was able to place my order successfully after the initial glitch. I truly hope that the Tech Team can assist.
