Post made Nov 5 - never replied to?

Hi, I made a post on Nov 5, and it was never replied to. The post is as follows:

 

 

I placed an order on Oct 29. I entered a key code from the catalogue (A29129), which I presume was to be the free shipping code? I still paid $23.95 for shipping to Canada. Are Canadian residents not able to use the free shipping code? And on a further note, are we not able to use the $5 shipping either? 'Cause that $23.95 coulda went towards another doll...   When you have time (as I know you are busy with fixing the site) any help would be appreciated.

Hi Pam, sorry for missing your initial post. 

 

Not all codes placed on the catalogs are a cost-saving code.  Many are used only by marketing to track sales.

I tried 'A29129' and it didn't deduct any shipping on my (fake) order so it's just not a cost-saving code.

 

My understanding is the free shipping code and the $5 shipping are within the US only. 

I'll double-check with CS and let you know if it's anything different.
