QUEENCELINE Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 I have so many things to complain about regarding the new "Updated site". The main complaint for me is the Shop is now terrible. I keep trying to shop and the pages will not load. I know it's not my computer. It's up to date with windows 10. The 360 viewing is gone. I like how it looks, it's just not working for me. I also want to add that I was extremely upset when I didn't find out until about 2 weeks after the site came back up after the update, that it was back up. I kept trying to log in and when it wouldn't accept my user name and password, I assumed that the site was still being updated. I finally called customer services and she explained to me that I should have gotten an email telling me to call customer service. When I told her I never got the email, she acted like I was lying. I have two accounts and I didn't get an email on neither account. This update has been nothing but a headache. I went almost a month without being able to log on to this website. I know now to just call customer service and bug the HECK out of them instead of relying on this web site to update me. The only time I ever get emails is when I have placed an order. That's it.... Sorry for complaining. I'm just so frustrated.
