I have returned items before & have received a refund for the cost of shipping the doll back but it has been awhile. I have no access to a fax machine so I am wondering if I can scan the postage receipt & email it to BC. If so, can you give me the email address for this please. Thank you in advance.

It was requested that a written note be included with the returned item, along with the original proof of purchase, stating that a customer was requesting a refund for return shipping fees because the item/s received were a) defective, b) a wrong item had been shipped by no fault of the customer or c) your specific reason for returning an item. Proof of return shipping fees were also requested, this could be a copy of the receipt detailing the amount it cost the customer to return an item (shipping via standard delivery with a carrier such as UPS, USPS, FedEx). Proof of shipping fees greatly assisted because not all carriers list the price paid for shipping fees on the shipping box. I have personally returned an item to BC and received a full refund from CS for return shipping fees by simply following this advice, it didn't require a fax or email of the receipt, as I included a copy with the original shipment. Shipped item by/before 30 days of purchase, returned item in original shipping carton, included original proof of purchase, copy of receipt as proof of return shipping fees paid, attached a note requesting refund for return shipping fees paid. And of course, I kept a copy for myself, mailed using standard shipping options (not rush/expedited) and made sure to select proof of delivery (just in case). It helps to print out shipping labels at home and to pay for shipping fees online via USPS, UPS, FedEx -- as there are incentives and discounts available but not everyone has access to the same resources. You can then add it to your return. If you would like to scan the receipt and send it to use, you can use the e-mail address referenced by ToyBox above.
