Guest harmonygrace1572404284 Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 I can't get anyone to answer my customer service questions and I called already, and was told that my Platinum rewards were not working and they would have someone fix them, however, they still aren't working. I didn't get them with my first order, and I'm not getting them now when I try to order. There is a reason why I can't use my rewards (I did purchase over $100.00), and why my Platinum status isn't updating in my account, and why won't anyone contact me or fix the problem? Please advise.
