Hi Dear Mattel,

 

I placed two purchase orders TODAY from my account linked to my Barbie Fan Club Account, whose id's are #1420556997 and #1421580804. These purchase orders were my paid Platinum membership and a Gifts et but my i am not able to check and verify my purchase order history which doesnt exist, and besides I am not able to receive $30 off if I place a new order up to $120...in other words I bought f an useless membership which doesnt work and deleted my record of purchases made from Mattel and Barbie Collector shop in the last years. I DONT EXIST...What should I do? I live outside US and International Call are very expensive!! ALL MY PURCHASE RECORDS WERE DELETED...What could i do??????
