discussion subscriptions and PM notifications

This have been happening for almost 6 months.  It's been reported numerous times.  I've had emails back and forth to BCLou then nothing.  I didn't have problems with discussion subscriptions or PM notifications until this summer.  I received all my notification like clock work previously.  My email address has been the same for many years. I have all the necessary BC email addresses in my address book so nothing goes to spam.  I've checked spam and nothing.  I have the same email address in my BC account and my shopping account.  I've not made any changes on my profile.  The check box is checked to receive emails from BC.  I've done everything but stand on my head!! ? So will this EVER be resolved? Please HELP!  As I said before I have Comcast Business internet in my home.  I set up the modem and router LONG before I had this problem.

Just for fun I'm subscribing to this discussion but I'll have to "manually" check for any answers.  ?
